Work in real-time with simple mobile apps

Enable carers to access their visit schedule and, when at a customer’s home, view care plans and complete visit information on an easy-to-use mobile app. Our mobile app has been co-designed with care workers so that it is simple to use and easy to navigate.

In addition to being able to capture live visit information that can be seen by other members of the care team, our mobile app also includes accurate Electronic Call Monitoring system as standard. We use GPS technology within the app to ensure that care workers can only see and complete visits when they are at (or within a range of) a customer’s home, with live verification checks within Konnektis portal to provide an audit of what information was captured, when it was recorded and where it was entered.

The Konnektis mobile app uses encryption keys so that it is secure, and it works offline as well should carers fail to have a data connection. The app is also highly configurable: administrators can establish groups and set permissions within Konnektis portal to ensure that access control measures are in place, giving you peace of mind that the right carers have access to the data that they need at the right time.

Carers can use the app on their own device or on mobiles provided by their care provider.
